Why a specially made table plan and not standard ‘venue’ plan?

Venues may supply a very basic typed out plan for you but it lends nothing to the feel of your special day. Looking back at your ‘perfect plan’ after the day and perhaps displaying it when you’re back at home is such a lovely keepsake of a fantastic day with loved ones.

How should guests’ names be given to you?

As soon as you have your finalised guest list and have decided on which table guests are to be seated at (this can take some time...!), email it all over to us in an attachment. We require listings to be exactly as you wish them to appear so do ensure that you have checked and double checked! Proofs will then be drawn up (in the case of printed names) and will need to be signed off by you and returned. Any amendment after work has begun will be chargeable so do ensure that you are happy - a guest that lets you know at a late stage that they are unable to attend may be best left on. Do contact us though as we may be assist with the alteration depending on progress at the time.

How does your pricing work?

There are two main pricing bands. Simpler designs with little or no raised embellishments are code 1 and those with more detail are a code 2. Code 1 designs begin at £60 for 5-7 tables; 8-10 tables are £70 and 11+ tables are £80. Code 2 designs begin at £70 for 5-7 tables; 8-10 tables are £80 and 11+ tables are £90. This is a rough guide however and we will be pleased to tailor a quote for your particular design requirements.We also offer double sided table numbers or names signs that fit into holders (£2.50 each)

How about delivery?

We prefer not to send completed, glazed seating plans via courier companies etc for obvious reasons. We advise personal collection where possible as the plans are generally quite delicate (though of course, well packaged), but we can in some instances and for a small charge, deliver within a radius of 10 miles. Please enquire.

How long does it take to get our plan?

We work to your chosen deadline and advise collection just before the big day. If your request is urgent, we can generally accommodate you - just ask!

Can we tailor our design?

Yes! You can take elements from our existing designs and have them put together to create your own one off. We can discuss these options at the beginning - you may have your own ideas too and we can often incorporate these as well. Colours are flexible to suit your existing theme - a little swatch of your fabric etc will help greatly for colour matching.

What are the frame choices?

The frames will be complimentary to your chosen design - see options at discussion stage. They will generally be however in versions of silver, black or oak and subject to availability at time of ordering. In addition, some table plan options are not suitable for glazing due to their raised nature in some cases and again this will be discussed.
